3. Design Specifications: Advertisements should follow the design guidelines provided by My Scent Stories. This includes dimensions, format, and placement requirements.

4. Approval Process: All ads are subject to review and approval by our team before being published on the site. We may request modifications if the ad does not meet our standards.

5. Payment Terms: Payment must be completed in full before the advertisement goes live.

6. Duration and Placement: Ad placement and duration will be agreed upon in advance. Any changes to the placement or duration of the ad must be requested and approved in writing.

7. Prohibited Content: Ads promoting illegal activities, adult content, or products/services that conflict with the mission of The Scent Stories are strictly prohibited.

8. Cancellation Policy: Advertisers may cancel their ads, but refunds will be subject to the terms outlined in the agreement. No refunds will be provided once the ad has been published.

9. Disputes: Any disputes regarding advertising will be handled according to the terms of the signed advertising agreement.

Guest Posting Guidelines

1. Topic Relevance: Guest posts must be relevant to our audience and focus on topics related to perfumes, scents, essential oils, or related beauty and wellness topics.

2. Original Content: All submissions must be original and not published elsewhere. We do not accept plagiarized content or posts that have been previously published on other platforms.

3. Quality Standards: Articles should be well-written, free of grammatical errors, and provide valuable insights or information to our readers. Posts that do not meet our quality standards will be rejected.

4. Word Count: Guest posts should be between 800 to 1,500 words, depending on the complexity of the topic.

6. Author Bio: You may include a short author bio (2-3 sentences) with a link to your website or social media profiles. This will be included at the end of your post.

7. Links: You may include up to two links within the content of your article, provided they are relevant and add value to the reader. Promotional or affiliate links are not allowed.

8. Image Use: If you include images, ensure they are high-quality, relevant, and properly credited. You must have the rights to use any images submitted with your article.

9. Editing: The Scent Stories reserves the right to edit submitted content for clarity, style, and length. Major changes will be discussed with the author before publication.
